Well we are trying a couple more things. Waiting on the parts to come in now. Trying a new thermostat and low pressure sensor on the a/c. Will keep trying everything. lol

OK, not to slam you but the techs need to go back to school.

New thermostat?

Why?

Is it running hot?

Are they actually guessing at it or actually taking the time to check the temps with the computer and a thermometer to see if there actually is a problem?

A low pressure sensor?

Why?

Did they put the gages on the A/C and look at the pressures to see if there is an issue with the low pressure sensor itself or the A/C?

Did they test the low pressure sensor?

DID THEY TURN OFF THE FAN OPTION IN THE ECM TO SEE IF IT IS EVEN AN A/C PROBLEM?

Everything you describe is like running around in circles like a dog chasing its tail and still points to a possible issue with the Bulkhead Module. Was the Bulkhead Module ruled out by putting on their computer and running a diag on it?

I could of told you the water valve thing wasn't going to work.

By the way, cummins knows about a few problems, there should be an firmware upgrade for the engine but until you get it into a cummins dealer and dealing with parts changers, it won't be upgraded.
