Got loaded out of Charlotte early afternoon. Dropped Wednesday morning and got a 4 hour nap before I had to pickup Wednesday afternoon. Sitting at Walmart now in Wooster OH.

Yeah. Odds were we would do better out of Minne. So bid back to Minne. Sometimes it works. This was one of those times.
If REALLY helps when the broker agent sells THE CRE QUALITY to their customer. Makes all the difference!!!
