Sitting at our favorite spot at MIA. Got here Monday morning with a full set of landing gear that we picked up in Minneapolis Saturday. This was the second leg of a $6500.00 run that began in Miami picking up a newly rebuilt set of landing gear that delivered to Minneapolis. Then we picked up a set there at the same customer to return to Miami to be completely rebuilt.

Since there were eight trucks ahead of us when we got here we were already prepared to possibly sit here through tonight. No big deal! We'll get loaded Thursday for sure.

These are photos I took tonight of MIA's control tower in a full moon. If you look below and slightly right of the moon in the first photo, you will see a 747 cargo jet that had just taken off. Tonight's winds have the flights heading east southeast crossing directly under the moon.

In Memphis at the Pilot, was planning on getting some Church's chicken across the street, only to find out it closed, along with that truckstop...So everything was fine, then a Bolt Express van parks next to me, and about an hour later got asked to leave by the local sheriff lady...no overnight parking allowed...imagine that!! So much for customer loyalty...Across the street now, in the dark, incognito...

Broke down,,A/C locked up and smoked & broke the belt. Waiting on the service truck from the T.A to try and short belt this truck to get me out of here. I have a replacement belt and its of no value at this point:(

At the house, about ready to diggin' about 300' of trenches for french drains ..... summer's over, fall is here and I'm runnin' outta time and good weather :( .... they're calling for rain starting Monday .... and every day until Saturday after next ..... :mad:

Tuesday I went from Mason, Ohio to Manchester, Michigan...Than yesterday Rochester Hills, Michigan to Kansas City, Missouri...Now I'm just chillin here...Lookin' for another 7 8 9 hundred mile load or longer lol...Nah jk ill take whatever is offered to me...Honestly, Im kinda missin Laredo...:rolleyes:

Finished our FL to NJ load, DHing over to Toronto for a load tomorrow to MN. Now sitting at the TA in Pembroke, soon we be off to bed, tired.

3500 miles in 9 days here. I've been running so hard I haven't had enough time to do anything but sleep, drive, and sleep since this weekend. I've done 2000 paid miles since Monday afternoon. Keep them wheels turning Bolt!!!
