Fayetteville, NC where it's just stupid hot. I need to go to Laredo to cool off.
Moot, a mixed breed, sits in the Tolally Dog day care swimming pool in Miami, Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010 begging for more time with the rubber bone thrown into the swimming pool. Daily up to 25 dogs board a yellow school bus for their ride to the five acre fully fenced doggy playground complete with a bone shaped swimming pool. (AP Photo/J Pat Carter)

Yea, thank you, but it is usually higher than this, but within reason.I was surprised, actually.
Picked up Sanford, NC Wed night 1900, deliver Laredo Friday 10AM. No need for a swap.Let me guess..you are off to Laredo? *L*
what no swap?
So your DH is only about 13% of the total miles...Good job...
Pjjjj you paying attention?....it is right where I told you it is with most of us....
As with all things financial, and like I have said many times, one must be sure they are comparing exact apples to exact apples. Is Guido using the 'empty miles' provided by his carrier on his settlement statement? Or is he using the actual mileage from his odometer? Two totally different fruits.
Secondly, I stand by using 30% as a minimum when doing a budget for DH. If a newbie without experience in a given vehicle at a given carrier wants to take the risk of using less than that in his business plan, he is leaving himself open to large disappointment when he doesn't bring home the expected profit at the end of the month/year.
Dead headed down to Houston from Dallas. Pick up a load here tomorrow headed for Indy, then home. VERY busy week next week. Lots of truck work, doctor stuff and the Pointe Mouillie Waterfowl Festival and 63rd Michigan Duck Hunters Tournament!! Nothing like good fun and good friends!
Loading in Clarksville, Tn. this evening for Newton, N.C.
Good numbers Guido, congrats. As far as the DH percentage, one good month does not a year make. I'd bet OVM's paycheck that the 2010 DH total will be higher.
