Seeing lots of Expediter trucks here in the east l

Wow! Every day in the last two weeks or so I have been seeing expediter trucks on the highway somewhere on my route. I have seen at least 4 FDCC D's, one Tri-State B as well as a smattering of CW and P2 trucks. I also passed an E unit (forgot what company) on the Atlantic City Expressway.

I don't think I have ever seen so many in that short span of time.

Perhaps I spoke too soon! I pulled into the Petro off of exit 7 on the NJ Turnpike Monday morning at 9:30 and saw 3, yes 3, Landstar D units in the lot. By the time I came out after eating my breakfast a Con-Way Now D had pulled in. A bit later on my way back to home base I aslo saw a P2 D unit sitting on the side of I-295. So, perhaps not so busy with all these sitting? Or is this typical for a late Monday morning after everyone has made their rush Monday morning drop?

I also see quite a few expediting D's come through the NW. I see a LOT(relatively speaking) of Tri State trucks. I've even seen a PantherII B unit parked at the Jubitz here in Portland. I talked to the driver, he came from Sacramento. He apparently had hopped his way from the east coast originally.
