Secure Keys and Fuel Purchase Cards in Parked Trucks?

I have a small fleet of trucks and at times different drivers will use each truck.

What is the best way to secure the keys and the fuel purchase cards in the truck so that we don't have to have someone, other than the driver, go to the truck to get it rolling?

How secure is your overnight parking is be afraid of getting my window broken by someone trying to get the keys and a cc in it would be a bonus ! I'd opt for hiding a key somewhere magnetic box can stick good and hidden the lock box video is still funny after all those years

Why not just have extra keys made and give me to drivers keep the fuel card locked in the truck drivers need keys for lock boxes anyways why not just save a step especially when they leave without returning the key to the key locked box?
Then what happens?

I think Tknight is right: just give the drivers a key for each truck - it is a 'small' fleet, right? Keep the fuel cards out of sight in the truck, and you can match keys to trucks by color, putting a dab of nail polish on each key and an inconspicuous spot on the truck. Since you probably don't pay any attention to nail polish, it comes in a brazillion colors, is cheap, and wears well, even outdoors. I use it to match keys to locks all the time, because it's quick, easy, and long lasting.

This works for us, of course it is a fleet of two, but we never know which of three drivers will be on a given truck at any time.

Get a bunch of padlocks keyed the same. Give each driver one of the padlock keys. Store the truck starting keys, paperwork, and CC in the cargo box. Padlock the box.
