You might have to read the whole deal, it will normally say start at UP to .40 per mile with 3 mo. exper.
Not many companys will "bend" over backwards for a unskilled rookie, let alone a truck driver.

I dn't know if there is a driver shortage or not. The big companies say there is, but they treat us like we come a dime a dozen.
