I would challenge you to take a polygraph and voice stress test under immediate threat of beheading or paralysis. Can you be sure the polygraph examiner is infallible or above corruption? A trial by jury with the Constitutional right to a vigorous defense is still the best crucible.
Trial by jury would probably work- IF they would change to professional juries, that know the law.
Too many times, jurors vote with their hearts, not the law.
This is a major reason for too many wrongful convictions/exonerations.
If professional juries were used, citizens wouldn't be required to lose work/leave their lives for extended periods of time. And, would know the law!
So, you feel the constitution should not be changed as time goes on? I'm guessing you don't think women should vote? You beleive slavery should still be in place?
