Veteran Expediter
Not the one foretold in scripture, which, as a preterist, I will tell you is history, but the financial & geopolitical superstorm that is about to take us somewhere between Mad Max and prehistoric times, brought on by the part of society that believes they are entitled to Other People's Money. It's likely completely unavoidable now. The numbers are in and we just have to wait for it to all play out.
Though I don't have beans & rice and toilet paper saved, I'm kind of rooting for it to hit, and hit hard. I came to this conclusion last night while watching a TV show called You're Cut Off, a bad-girl reality show that tracks 9 pampered princesses accustomed to living off of daddy's or their husband's credit cards, spending lavishly and looking down on all the little people. Their benefactors have canceled their credit cards, hired them all a life coach to adjust their attitudes and teach them the evils of unnecessary excess. It shows signs of being a bit scripted, yet it was still reasonably entertaining watching these princesses fight both their situation and each other. Watching it, I was revolted by these pampered wenches. They considered any manual work beneath them and demeaned anyone below "their station" and tormented anyone for any slight, real or imagined.
For example, one particular wench who is fighting everyone always wears tiaras. She gave one to another chick because they seemed to hit it off. Later, she walked in the room as a bunch of the other girls were bad mouthing her, and she was upset that her new friend didn't speak up and defend her. So she says something like, "I don't think you deserve to wear my tiara today" and demanded it back.
It made me less apprehensive and made me see a silver lining in the coming crash, when green paper with pictures of dead presidents on it will be of no more worth than toilet paper or fire starter, and they look at their Louis Vitton bags wondering how they could ever have considered them worth anything, when they realize they're no better than anyone else, and that everybody is so concerned with surviving they can't even interest anyone else in supporting them in exchange for access to their vaginas. Pity there won't be TV cameras around at the time to catch it.
C'mon, reset button!

You know the problem with bad cops? They make the other 5% look bad.
