dave from what i understand was this person was posting personal info of people on here which to me is abuse of your so-called power at a company
and to me that is wrong, right now my ex owner is on here which to my amazment pretends they are the perfect owner which i know they are not and i would love too come on here and post things that really happend and make this person look like the incommpent owner they truly are but i wont.
or how would you like it if someone say from fed ex came on here and posted info about you would you then still defend this action
and for someone too come on here and say those things dont mean they are hiding they were just defending their company and was just saying hey this isnt how we are so dont judge us by one persons idiocys
now if i were this person an they posted stuff about me i would more than likely have gone to the company and have a few choice words with the one person

but dont defend someone by saying its their right to post personal info
cause i dont know about you would you like that done to you

If there was posting of someone personal info. No that is not right. Panther should take a lead from FedEx and not just anyone post on here. FedEx does not let there dispatchers post on here, only the folks in safty post On EO.

Yeah he works/worked at night not 100% if he still works here hear that he quit, so not his own time, posting personal info about some one he got from his job not very professional at all. Read all the posts? How would you like to be a recruiter working for Panther after a mess like that? He was a supervisor suppose to so some kind of professionalism he did not on the job (my opinion) or on here. 1st amendment? Better go read up on just what that is, it don’t apply this is not the government.

Gentlemen,

The bottom line is, an employee posted comments to contractors that were deemed offensive by those contractors. The V.P. agreed, and apologized for it, and that person is no longer posting here.

That is company business, and their decision. It was not our decision, therefore it does no good to debate it. I thought this issue had bee laid to rest. I don't beleive any good can come of continueing this discussion, so I am locking this thread now.

Thank you for your particpation and understanding.
