Where is the best placei to move to in Tennessee to get loaded in Tennessee.beensitting a week in 26 ft straight truck

That would depend more on your carrier and where their customer base is located or if they are strictly looking for freight off of bid-boards or internet based services....Each carrier will differ....

But beyond that, TN is a not too small state, so knowing where you have sat for the last week would do wonders in even giving you any ideas...some might tell you to go to where you are already sitting, since they have no idea you are already there...a week huh?...gettin any good mail yet??

Sat in Pearl.Ms then moved up to Memphis.I am from Michigan would like to move that way but not nessary just want some loaded miles

Loads have been comming out of Memphis last week. Wonder if your carrier knows where you are? Not sure why you haven't got a load out of there.

Memphis is generally pretty good, but it can get slow too. If you want to move, call your dispatcher. They should be able to you better than anyone where they have freight.

We have been moving pretty well since coming out after 1 st of year. But could be just luck..

I would agree on calling your carrier for where and how they are getting their freight. As for TN and a straight, I would say anywhere in the state is kicking out straight truck loads.
Load counts with our carrier are pretty close the same at all the major cities. That would include Memphis all the way to Knoxville.
