Question for fleet owners? What have you done to recruit drivers for your fleet? Looking for some ideas involving out of the box thinking.
Has anyone tried to recruit from class A publications, websites?
Maybe pull from state employment agencies? Just curious, Thanks

The ONLY effective way I have found to recruit drivers is, simply not to recruit. If you have a crew of happy campers, word of mouth will do wonders for your driver count. After they knock on your door, you then can start the tedious process of picking the fly crap from the pepper. One thing you can take to the bank is the fact that, about a week or two before they knock on your door "someone"
(a carrier, owner etc.) or "something" (health, family, stupidity)
or some other "tear jerking" reason will have them broke and are looking for someone to pick up the pieces. Hope this helps. Happy recruiting!!!:p :p :p :p
