Reliable Delivery is a sister company to Dependable Delivery out of Romulus and is under a Franchise agreement with Dynamex out of Cambridge also known as Dynamex Canada AND under Dynamex East USA. This would explain the cheap pay and dirty tricks.

haha! I take it you have had some dealings with these people?
previously being with DX they use Reliable-Dependable as a cross dock facility instead of paying 75 bucks to ASAP there on Goddard in Romulas.
In my short time in this business I've learned one thing,
Courier = cheap
The more your expedite company strays into the courier territory the more unhappy you are likely to be.
The outfit I'm working for does both. When I expedite I get decent pay, happy appreciative customers, decent runs, and if I run smart I can give the customer that extra bit that makes them say "thanks".
When I do courier work, the pay stinks, the customers just think I'm some a**hole truck driver, the runs are primarily urban, and no matter what I do the customer doesn't think they got any better service than a trained monkey could give.
Expedite is a service (still). Courier work is just a commodity and the companies tend to treat their drivers like animals.

Here in the Indianapolis Metro area there are a handful of courier companies running ads in the Indy Star on a regular basis for ICs with cargo vans or straight trucks.
They say in the ad they pay up to this amount or that amount depending on the truck you have but it can't be that good or they would'nt be running the ads all the time.
High turnover in all likelyhood. It's probably the same everywhere you go.

Dude is this true what you say about my former employer. They really misrepresent them selfs. They owe me a ton of money the truth needs to get out
