Whether or not our rights are granted by the government isn't the issue. What is important is that the government, through laws and regulations passed by said government, both protect and interpret these rights.

I did not "libel" the president. His own words proved he could NEVER pass a background check for the security clearances needed for what he now has access to. HE claims heavy drug use which would disqualify him for those clearances, and rightfully so. I did pass that background check, on several occasions. Passed the polygraphs on several occasions too.

Don't mix apples and oranges. My carrier is NOT the Federal government. I went there by CHOICE. I did not have to provide any proof of insurance to them and a CDL B is a job requirement so they can ask to see it. IF I did not wish to lease to them, they would NEVER see it. They did not use force of any kind, unlike what the government will do.

I was born a FREE MAN. I do not answer to the government, they are required to answer to me. My RIGHTS come from a MUCH higher authority and the government has no LEGAL standing to interfere with them.

Under the Constitution ALL rights are reserved somewhat to the States and primarily to the PEOPLE. The Federal government is at the bottom of the power structure.

I have an ABSOLUTE RIGHT to defend my family, my home and property AND my State, from ANY threat, in ANY way I see fit. That includes, but not limited to, home invaders, rapists, burglars, foreign invaders and the federal government if they invade my state. Neither man nor government can take away that right.

First off, I am not a "blowhard". I have not called you any names, return the favor please. Second, my RIGHTS do NOT come from the government, nor can they infringe on them in ANY way. The RIGHT to self defense is a HUMAN right. Government cannot interfere with that.

I have NO reason to "stand up" to my carrier. I can leave when ever I want. As I said, they are NOT using now or will ever use force to see my license. Nor are they going to arrest me for not showing it to them.
