Question on insurance and spread sheet

I have 2 questions, 1st what is the average price of insurance for a tractor looking volvo 780 2007 or 2008. 2nd question, where can i find a spredsheet to figure out how much it will cost to run per mile. Thanks

You can find a spread sheet at the " OOIDA" website......a for the inssurance on a tractor, that i can't help you with...
