Big Truck Question about Idling

I'm not sure about a certain formula although if my truck goes threw a gallon a hr and I get 10 miles to the gallon wouldn't be like driving 10 miles?

It's a good question I kinda wondered about it myself.
So I can fix the loud-ass APU you've got on the bottom of that thing?
No. I fixed it but its still loud. Had the alternator rebuilt. You have to look at my air compressor and I think the water pump is squilling.
Yeah, let's look at that compressor. If we go through the hassle of removing it, let's replace that bolt in the adapter.
That ok by me. Just waiting for the weather to warm up.
BTW I replace the air governor and a pressure valve I found was leaking.
Did replacing the governor fix it?
No. There is something wrong somewhere. In thinking the compressor plus it's got a lot of oil on the top of it. It still comes and goes.
