question about a fleet owner

Anyone have anything to say about J-mats Express( i think thats how its spelled)..good , bad or other? Do they pay on time, screw there drivers??? They are on with FedExCC.

I would ask for three current and three past drivers numbers. Based on the responses from six drivers, you should be able to make a educated decision. If the owner fails to provide the numbers, there is usually a reason. Then I would move onto another one.

I'd probably skip the past drivers. You can be spoonfed whom to call. Regardless of that, newbees certainly don't know what questions to ask, and, wouldn't be able to pick the fly crap from the pepper anyway. If the present drivers are playing the game right, making money, happy, then they have not dikked up yet. IF you are in that category (not dikk'in up) then go for it if the present drivers are ok with it.
