Qualcomm startup speed

No it only does that for I think 24 hours. I will verify time frame tomorrow but it does not go forever.

I know it goes into a repeat cycle....because it says repeat on the screen I see....maybe after so many repeats....or I could plug mine in and we'll test it out?....

I have observed if the thing is shutdown when dispatch sends the info....it seems to float around cyberspace when it bumps off the OFF unit...I know its weird....but if the unit is ON...it comes straight thru...The unit is inconsistent at best....
