GPS Qualcomm problem

My Qualcomm in my truck is froze up, is there anyway of reseting it? Does anyone know the # of someone at Qualcomm that may help

Unplug the power cable for 10 minutes. It should reset when it boots back up.

Call your carrier and have them reboot it.
