This is a good time to bring that up. If anyone does not want anyone emailing them at their private email, you can change that setting in your User Menu. Open your User Menu (at the top of the page)and click on Preferences. There it will give you the option as to whether other members can directly email you, by clicking on the email icon by your name. Simply change that to "NO", and save.
Otherwise folks, if you want to send a message privately, you can use the Private Message feature of this board. Click on the [img src="http://www.expeditersonline.com/dcforum/Images/mesg.gif"] icon under the member's name to send them a Private Message.
