Biden has withdrawn from the presidential race after winning a Democrat primary that offered no serious challengers. The Democrats knew he had serious cognitive issues well before the primary, but misrepresented him anyway as the incumbent ready for a second term. Consequently he won all but a few delegates and was ready to be nominated as the Democrat voters' choice - until today, July 21st. In fact, it became clear that he wasn't fit to serve on June 27th during the first debate with Trump. So today he withdraws by a letter on his personal stationary posted on social media instead of addressing the nation directly like LBJ did in 1968. Maybe his health issues are worse than a simple case of covid.
We're watching a Democrat party in total disarray, trying to impose Kamala Harris as his replacement. Her approval ratings are slightly better than toenail fungus. Will their voters settle for her or will they demand an open convention to possibly nominate better candidates? Regardless, they have a mess of their own making, thinking they could impose a failed dotard on the American people as a serious presidential candidate.
