Praises to BroomPilot for one of the best ideas we have seen in a long, long time! Thank you! You suggested using a little voice recorder by the steering wheel and saying your odometer reading and location and time instead of trying to write down everything while you drive. What an amazing solution! We bought one the day we read that and it is a life saver. We attached it with some velcro and we just speak the info in the mic then add the info to our DDL program when we are updating. Wow! Great idea!!! india

I wonder how many drivers have seen the little micro cassett recorders sold in truck stops and wondered? "Now what in the world would a truck driver use that for"? I began using a recorder for the same purpose when the first cassett recorders first came out years ago. Sure beats trying to write on a pad in your lap while driving!
