It seems to me that Tom did a good job of defending himself and his company against the wild ravings of his accuser.
I do not necessarily agree with all of Tom's policies.
But those are points of differences in style.
Tom made a calm, rational, businesslike response to a very immature diatribe -- from a man who appears to be a misfit who has shown some extremely antisocial behavior.
If someone dislikes Tom's policies, don't go to work for him.
If someone already works for Tom but feels unhappy there, then let him leave and get a job somewhere else.
If someone wishes to post a note to warn the rest of us about a potential problem with any company, let that person post that note, but let him give an objective description of the problem -- not an undisciplined laundry list of personal gripes or insults.
When we read such flaming, let us be careful about accepting or believing too much bad stuff too quickly.
Long ago a wise person taught me, "Believe none of what you hear, and only half of what you see."
