I am not so sure that PTSD is the ONLY cause or always the cause of these problems. I found it hard to follow the rules of the road in the U.S.for a month or twp after returning from both Japan and England. Both of those countries drive on the left side of the road. I would like to see another study done after they had been back for 6 months. I would be willing to bet that those numbers even out by then.
