I have the Honda 2000i and a 5000 but window unit (99.00) nstalled in the side door .....works.just dandy.....I'm In Laredo now just chillin.....

asjssl did you install the generator and hooked up the AC yourself or somebody did it for you. It may be stupid but I have no idea how to do it. Can you also upload some pictures? I would like to see how it looks like ? The installation, where you keep the generator and everything. Also what brand is your AC? What is (99.00) the price?

I did it all myself....its all built in so there is no " setting up camp" every time....the ac was $99.00 @ menards..
Looks a little hillbilish....but I comfortable....I'm in rockingham nc. Now its 90 and I took a nap under my blanket....

Awesome man ! Thanks for the quick reply. This is what I want to do too. but instead of window AC unit I am thinking of a roof top unit,

just don't know which one is the best.
