After 63,000 miles I have moved from left to right, put a few hundred on it today and so far, even tho it's a Dodge, I like it.

Anyone got a Freightliner grille they want to sell?

Why not get the Mercedes grille and conversion, since that's what it is in the first place? ;)

In order to drive a Mercedes I would need to have an intelligence level closer to yours Turt!!:D

The Merc kit will likely be cheaper, lots on E-bay!

First congrats on the new buggy. Second the MB grill is available from an outfit in the US and the kit comes with MB logos for the hubcaps etc and steering wheel (at least for the older model)(query the sprinter forums as they know). As far as the VW version it is called LT and they are at LT3 version. yes it is made in the same factory and line as the sprinter but it has a tdi engine and different transmission. Fuel economy is supposed to be similar to the MB version as well as load capacity. There are quite a few conversion outfits for these so lots of research for anyone wishing to covert all or part to whatever.
