yup..... Just got an order.. Major truck stop chain.. "site survey to upgrade wifi in truck parking lot"

It's a start. Basically I go out there with my wifi meter and find the dead spots and suggest what should be done to fix it.

It won't be long, and wifi at the truck stops will be free, or free with fuel purchase.

Now, can it be said, "At no additional cost"? Sure .... there is no free lunch, otherwise Cableguy would be installing for free also.

That cost is buried in there somewhere ....

Correct.. However. if they do not charge for truck parking. You can park, connect, use the wifi and leave.

Thus the service (for you) would be "free".

wait.. they pay me to do that work?

Hmmm, never had that happen to me. Course the most I've ever used was 9g between phone and hotspot.
