For those that Transport Explosives for the GOVT and RI Moves

Have any one of you had the Explosive Physicals.

Have you herd of it.

and if you say yes I got one. Dont try to push the DOT Physical as
it. It dont work.

The reason for the above I see too many out here that say yupp.

Now tell the truth.

Ive been going over the bills and some body needs to take your credit cards away 11000.00 on a balloon payment.
You can get Balloons for .69 at walley world.

Dont ya like the Heat getting Hotter isnt it.

An Explosive Physical is a Physical given by a Doc it involves

1. Blood test 2. Urine Test 3. Eye EXAM By a Eye DOC not a Eye Chart for a DOT physical, 4. A Hereing test using the machine with a print out. 5. A cardo stress test hooked up to an EKG 6. Full Chest and Pelvic Xrays 6. Catscan 7. Dental Clean bill of health as well.
8. a questionere you have to answer.

Now go back under the rock you craweled out from under better yet
go launch yourself into space as thats thats whats inside your head
empty space and Rocks.

Marvin's rantings about a special DOT physical for haulers of explosive hazmat piqued my curiosity. In the unlikely event that he may have been right about something, for a change, I searched the FMCSA web site in search of such a DOT Physical requirement. I could find nothing related to additional medical requirements for operating a CMV laden with explosives.

It's possible that Marvin was referring to 49 CFR Section 390.3(d) which gives employers the right to adopt stricter medical standards. Motor Carriers (companies) cannot set less restrictive standards.
