I'm gonna wait till he goes on vacation in a week and then tell the owner that I never want to work with him again. I hope the owner doesnt get mad at me because like I said earlier he thinks this guy is God's gift to expediting and he is probably gonna be resistant to anything I say.

It’s tough to be stuck in a truck with someone you’re having issues with.

If not wait, let the owner know where you’re at mentally. If the owner doesn’t care, find a better place to work. If the owner cares, they will work with you on the situation.

If the owner thinks the idiot is great.. screw that driver and the owner. Lifes too short to deal with petty pissant insecure jerks. The smoking in the truck is a passive aggressive move on his part...the guy is clearly a miserable p###k.. I wouldnt lasted 2 days..theyll push you as far s you let them and youll wondering if its you..its not you its them....
