I was in Nashville the other day and found a PNV rep. (yes Virginia there really are such things.) He told me (after I vented for 15 minutes on what I think of their "service") there is a new customer service number. Call 1-800-831-2273, and ask for Park and view. that is TTI's main office in Chattanooga. They will connect you to pnv. This number is supposedly good 24/7. He said call them and report truckstops you find that arent working. (Although it would be easier to call them with ones that ARE working.) Hope it helps. Call them and tell them how "Satsified" you are with their service.
