I know Zipp is still on paper logs. Only one I know for sure, but I'm sure there are others.
If you run legal, it doesn't matter if it is elogs or paper.

But do drivers carry a paper log as a back up to e logs gone bad. What are going to when they come for you bad boys bad boy.

Yes. If you run elogs, you should/ have to carry a paper log book for a back up.

That is why a driver I know is at Zipp. The truck wasn't compatible with elogs.
I'm sure there are other companies that run paper logs as well, maybe someone else will chime in with some others.

What kind of truck doesnt work with e-logs ? I know Hino's dont have full function but e-logs do work in them.

Maybe an old pre electronic engine, all mechanical, just a guess on this through, probably isn't very many real old trucks running in revenue service.
