It is time to vote for the new Driver Council for all Panther drivers and owners. I'm just hoping that we can make a difference from other things that Panther has tried in the past. There intent has always been good but hasn't accomplished what is needed. Truck retention is important. Tunover costs everyone money. So go to your computers and sign into the driver /owner area and vote vote vote.

I think the council will be a good thing. I am alittle concerned that the only way to vote appears to be online.
Several people I know do not have web access.
As you can see, Hooligan and I are running.

I have a question about this voting for Driver Council and I hope I do not come across sounding sarcastic or negative because that is not my intention. But.....
How are we supposed to vote for the Council if we do not know the people who are running? Other than the little that was written in the voting section, how do we know that we will get represented in our best interest, when I imagine, everyone's interests and needs are different?
Panther already knows what most of the issue's are with the driver's, so why can't they just post them on the Panther site, have the driver's go through them and give them their input on the matter's that they are concerned about.
As far as I know, they could have tried this already and it failed.

I want someone that is going to represent all drivers not just those that are your fleet drivers. If you can't believe when someone writes negative things on here about panther then how can you represent the drivers with an open mind and take what was said on this forum a few times or a lot of times. If we just get the panther pets in it will be a wast of time. And that is what is going to happen.
