I had to come up to Uniontown for a visual inspection on my old heap. I knew I couldn't stand the T/A in Canton so I came back up to the Pilot in Seville. Man, are there some Panther trucks here?!?!?! I know this is home base for them. I'm sure glad there isn't going to be a rumble... I'd get my a** kicked since I think I am the only purple people here.

Are/Were you parked in the back close to the super 8? Also dont worry about being by your self. I drove from akron to the Pilot and seen atleast 10 FEDEx CC straight truck.

Also did you see that one panther driver that was locked out of his truck?

Yes, that was me. I didn't see the guy locked out though. I have worried about doing that myself. So far so good but I know that had to suck.

Sitting at the Pilot at the 374 in Knoxville tonight.

One key in the ignition, one ALWAYS in my pocket. Everytime I get out of the truck I check to make sure it's there before closing the door. Good habit to get into.

I GOT HIS LOAD. Got a panicked call from dispatch. It was a great paying load, well over $2.00 a mile

Man, i wish i didnt lock my self out.... But next time it wont happen again got some spares hidden around the truck.

Thanks for covering my load. I was worried about not getting it covered and then i get hit with a service failure and what ever else bad happens.

But it kinda worked in my favor i got a mini load to buffalo then got a gvmnt load down to alabama. But now me going to be stuck here over the weekend.

Harrisburg, Pa. this weekend. This time it looks more like a FedEx convention. Big car show in Carlisle this weekend and I went by there today. People have been watching too much Barrett/Jackson on Speed... The cars were crazy high.

Don't feel bad Randy, I think we've all done it once (that's all it takes..LOL)
Mine was actually at the delivery... pulled up, left the truck running, and got out to see where they wanted it.. as the door was swinging shut I realized I had automatically locked it.

Now THAT was embarassing to explain!

Yes, now i have spare keys on me and the truck. Maybe this should be a lesson to the newbies... Keep spares on you and hidden on the truck...

I guess thats one good thing about a Volvo, you have to have the key to lock it, if you lock it from the inside and shut the door, it will not lock....now on the other hand, i do it all the time in my chevy truck, but you have to love "onstar" once you do that....one call and @$#poof@#$ there unlocked.
