yep they are a few out there most don't understand the trucking industry they think the can become the next J B Hunt most don't understand how many years he lived in his truck to make it happen

Well it is good you did find a decent couple to work for. I would advise that disputes are handled by a third party. That is essentially what we would do, and have that in our contract.


DaveKC where do you get a good contract, do you make your own or use one already in place for you and your drivers?

I'm not Davekc but I will respond also. The best advice I can give you is to see a lawyer that deals with contracts that knows the laws with the IRS. So, many people right now use contracts that aren't worth the paper they are wrote on. Do your research that is all I can say.

We use are own with the aid of a transportation attorney. A good transportation attorney that operates in your state should be able to do one for you.
