Sounds logical to me.
Sure doesn't sound logical to me. That's just not adding up. Where are the pics? Where is the proof for the American people and for the world? As if the Americans wouldn't want to gloat a little bit before dumping the body .... in which body of water?? Something is just fishy with this.

When one hears it, (they have ALREADY 'buried' the body' wherever), that just sends bells and whistles, for some reason. Does it not give you that same reaction? is the reaction different for those who are in the USA?
Americans are already gloating a little bit. And every little gloat fuels the anger of terrorists. Why pile on and plead for them to attack us?
Considering he was the head of al Qaeda for 20 years, and we've been trying to find him and kill him for 10 years, and we've known were he was for 8 months, and we just now were able to assassinate him using a team of more than 40 special forces troops, I'm not sure we should be gloating all that much, anyway.
Rather than bury him at sea, I'm have buried him at Gitmo. "Shrine this, suckas!" That would be funny.

That is what I am picking up from folks writing into UK papers ....
where is the proof ..... type stuff.
BBC is reporting that Bin Laden was given traditional muslim funeral rights before his sea burial and that the DNA was nearly 100% positive to Bin Laden ..... it does not give the source of this info at this time.

I couldn't care less which president is responsible for Bin Laden being killed. Thank God for Special Forces, the Navy Seals and every other serviceman and woman. I hope they smacked him around a little bit before they shot him. I don't care that his burial at sea does not square with Muslim tradition. I hope the sharks eat him. Congrats to whoever got the the job done but I don't rally give a rats a** who takes credit for any of it. All I care about is that THE MOFO IS DEAD!!!!!!! It's about time!

I was searching the internet for photos too and somehow I came across the one attached below and now I have totally lost track of what we were talking about...and I don't seem to care anymore...Yomamma Been What?!?! I am gonna go look at Federico now.

When a post is posted on EO without a link, we are all over the poster to provide the proof. Forgive me and others who would have just liked a little more in the way of proof on this. Perhaps it will come later. They killed him yesterday, and they 'buried' him yesterday. What's the rush? It isn't like he's going to get away? Take a pic... or something.....
Why not at least dissect and study that brain in the interests of research? If you 'bury' someone at 'sea', (is there a sea or ocean over there at alliamisbad?), can it pop up later? Why not burn it? Just too weird. Sorry, havin trouble with this one. Not that your president and government isn't 100% truthful or anything.

Good point Turtle. Remember how mad everyone was when they showed pictures of the Arabs dancing in the streets after 9/11. Why should his followers feel any different? Of course they will consider him a martyr. There will be retaliatory attacks. It is good that they got him. But are all the street demonstrations necessary.

I really like this idea. But make it an unmarked grave. That way if we ever give Gitmo back his followers can't find it. jerry Lee
If he's alive wouldn't he just post a video holding up a copy of today's paper, or at least have an imposter do it just to throw it back in our collective faces?
