I've never seen someone so obsessed over a group they feel doesn't accept them. Just get over it or find one of the segments that fit your values and join them if your so worried.

We had over 50 drivers. I only owed 11 drivers money when this happened. I only owe 4 of them money and once they get paid I will be happy to close this thread.
This belongs elsewhere. There is too much personal stuff. Please let it go, for now. Please handle this through legal avenues. Thank you all for your understanding.

I'm just wondering how someone could sign on with a company that's out of business.
How does this belong elsewhere when drivers money is tied up in this and I want drivers to be warned? Do what you want with this thread but at least I have warned all of the drivers out there to stay away from this company.

The problem is that these kind of threads often degrade to finger pointing etc. I am not taking sides, since I know nothing of either side. I am just trying to look out for E.O.

Lesson to new folks. This is why new companies carry too much risk unless you have a fair amount of capital to burn. Might have started well intended but year after year we see these kind of places go down in flames. Guess what...it is always something. In this case hopefully those owed will get paid. Bad news, it isn't going to cover the cost of not running or the costs to relocate to another carrier.
Once again, signing on to a carrier that is new likely will mean you will be carrying additional risks.
