I think my calls to Verizon customer service might be responsible for at least some of those numbers - I never once said please or thank you to them, either.
The old reliables work just fine, lol.
On the flip side, there's Audible: one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They're so good that I'm putting their bumpersticker on the back of my truck. Even though it says "Back off! I'm reading!" and I just know that neither DOT nor LEOs have a sense of humor.
