Flooding isn't a common thing in NE Ohio, it's the torrential rain [Sun night] that melted a lot of the snow piled up 3-4 ft high around the edges of parking lots & some streets. I went to Valley Freightliner yesterday [in Cleveland], and found W 150 St closed, but the entrance on Brookpark Rd was open.
