They won't let you park up front at that pilot. I park up there but I'm in a sprinter.

UPDATE:

Sitting at a Freightliner body shop. They say that they can fix me up good and solid until I get home in late March. IF they are right, that is good. It will look UGLY but who cares? I need the income over pretty!

Sorry to hear what happened has happened. It is never a good thing, but at least, Like said earlier, the guy and others stayed around until you came to the truck. Too many leave the scene.

That is a bad Pilot, seems worse than others. Hood removal happens more often there than at other Pilots.

Total cost on a very solid temp repair, $287, INCLUDING a new headlight assembly. It took them just over an hour. Back in business.

My straight truck got hit 3 times in the last 18 months or so that I owned it. Left fender twice and left rear of the box once. You just can't be around the big trucks these days. I don't know if it's lack of training or just lack of attention. I suspect both though.

How many times have you seen 'em backing with one hand, holding a cell phone with the other?

LOL! That is MORE than funny! Not to worry, Scheinder is going to pay for everything. We already sent them the bill for the temp repairs. SO FAR, they have been very polite and helpful when we talked to them.
