I'm off the road, been feeling like crap since Christmas, Finally went to the Doctor, and my sugar levels were wayyyyyyyyy high, and put me on Insulin, so I'm in park till I can whip this.

Sorry to hear this. Try drinking lots of green tea (not the bottled stuff) and eat boiled cabbage. Believe it ot not, they truely work. My bro just went thru the same thing as you & is now doing great. He did the tea & cabbage thing along with eating right, etc. Will keep you in prayer. Hope you feel better soon!

Dave,I was in a diabetic coma back in 1997,in hospital for 1 week,and after 1 month,of diet and meds,Dr took me off the insulin.
Stay away from all the starches and carbs.just do high protein foods,youll be better before you know it

I've been borderline for years controlled by diet, But this past christmas have no idea what happened, but it spiked twice, went to the doctor ran tests and my sugar level was at 463, and well that scared the bejabbers out of me.so no more lazy for me and got a appointment with a nutritonist Tuesday, I have a target of 3 months to get healthy and back on the road.

I can do that, I think it can help keep me on task. tonight I pick up my supplies, and have a 9:30 am appointment with the Doctor to go over everything, and how to use this equipment,
