Delivering in Memphis,
had a chance to stop by the Gliders kit place .
they are now added a new locations, and build a truck factory.
already some 200 trucks behind.
i was told there is now available kit for the emissions control , so all of those trucks can be modified later on .

No they didn't want to work on the van, sounds like that is a good thing. I was going to try them first because when the van shut down I pulled off on exit 66. We ended up having the van towed to Complete Automotive Repair, they are going to try and get it looked at in the morning so I know what it will cost. They seem really decent, the guy borrowed a fork lift from someone to transfer the pallet, since it was almost 1300lbs.

There good guys they have worked on my van b4.....you have a diesel ?? He is a good diesel mechanic......Rossman is a crook......u going to.stay in paw paw??

Yeah we will sleep in the van tonight and wait to see what kind of news we get tomorrow. The van has the notorious 6.0L turbo diesel which they said they have seen a lot of them and went over some possibilities when I told them what happened. I did some research on the 6.0 before I got the van and it seems International was making them for school buses and they weren't designed to have all the emissions equipment on them. There are ways to fix the issues to make them a solid motor which I might do if I keep the van for awhile.

Thanks, we grabbed dinner at the grocery store across the street, I guess we can try Kazoopy's tomorrow. They stayed late at the shop to look at the van and see what they could find out, they think it might be the high pressure oil pump so I might be here for a bit.

That would suck. Keep in mind that the fishing is REALLY good this time of year! Maybe, if you are stuck, you can find a way to take advantage of some of it.

I went to pass somebody so I hit the gas pedal a little more so I wasn't clogging up the passing lane and it didn't respond. I tried pressing it a little further and the engine just died. The glow plugs come on, it still turns over like normal, the low oil pressure pump works but it never attempts to fire up. I checked the fuel pump and it is coming on and the water separator has fuel getting to it. The guy hooked up the computer and codes did come up for Injection Control Pressure so they are going to look into it more to see if it might be a sensor instead of the high pressure oil pump.
