I long boring weekend...so a thought came to mind....that in Theory..John is almost buying us a new van every 5 years....
If you collected a mere $500. a month in layover pay (unique to Load 1 ) and put it away(saved)....that is $6,000 a year x 5 years = $30,000.....a good chunk of a down payment I'd say.....
Good Morning John....
Some things are just better off not spoken out loud but i think your figures are a little high. Averaging 3 days a week not me. Your also assuming someone is in service 52 weeks a year.

yes that OOS is not included.....even if one cuts that by 50%, still a good down payment....
so I was thinking...it'd still be more profitable to an O/O if they were actually running trips instead of collecting layover pay...hmmmmmmmmmm...
We are not talking to you because your mean.

Those new shower heads have a paint stripper setting!Just had an awesome shower in a newly remodeled Flying J shower, where even the shower head was fabulous, and that turbo setting on the shower head!!! I made a new friend! I have to mention the acoustics. Perfect! Which led me to do my imitation of Rocky Balboa, at the top of my lungs a few times....."YO ADRIAN !!!!! I DID IT!!!!" it was perfect, right amount of echo, everything. And then came the knock on the door from the manager.."Is everything alright?" I then reply, "APOLLO, IS THAT YOU????" ... he walked away...lol...
