Your barking up the wrong tree here...............you cannnot eat correctly in truckstops these days, look at the fast food joints that are in many of them..........plant based eating is not on truck drivers mind, imho..just do a visual of drivers climbing up into their rigs and resting on the steps before they climb in.................its long long story .....................
