Yeah ... "convicted" of terrorism ... in Israel ... in a military court ... after being tortured.

I'd run across and read some stuff about this awhile back.

"In February 1969, Rasmiah Odeh was arrested and brought to Moscobiya. Her father, Joseph and two sisters were detained for interrogation. Joseph Odeh was kept in one room while Rasmiah was beaten nearby. When they brought him to her she was lying on the floor in blood stained clothes. Her face was blue, her eye black. In his presence, they held her down and shoved a stick up her ******. One of the interrogators ordered Joseph Odeh "to ****" his daughter. When he refused, they began beating both him and Rasmiah. They again spread her legs and shoved the stick into her. She was bleeding from the mouth, face and ****** when Joseph Odeh fell unconscious."

BTW, just in case anyone is wondering why "Christians United For Peace" would be taking a (possibly sympathetic) interest in this woman ... it's because she may possibly be a Christian.

The PFLP (Popular Front For The Liberation of Palestine) which she was allegedly a member of was founded by George_Habash - who was a Christian.

Also her last name was Odeh ... the same last name as Alex_Odeh ... a Christian (Latin Rite Catholic) Palestinian ... who was murdered in a terrorist bombing committed in Santa Ana, CA which was attributed to the Jewish Defense League, a terrorist organization, by the FBI.
