The Constitution is a living, breathing document that can be changed as the wind does......NOT!

Of course, I wonder if thr Contitutional Vonvention clause was removed. This is where if 3/4 of the states vote to disolve the Federal Government, it is replaced by State rule until the new Federal Government representitives are voted in.

Ill have to check on that one, cause Harry Reid and company would argue that it doesnt apply today. The voters dont know whats best you know...step on a turd it still stinks.
