They advertise free cell phones for the welfare bums on TV in the Detroit area all the time. I find it amazing, cell phone and TV are luxuries. How can a welfare bum have a TV to see the commercial to encourage hi/her/it to go out and get a cell phone for free that you and I, the working stiffs, have to cover the cost of for them?

I had a FedEx driver tell me once that the welfare bums should be given cable. How else can they get emergency information? I said a small, portable radio that receives free broadcasting? He just looked at me as though I was painted blaze green. Then shook his head and left. Can you imagine?
