Las Vegas. That was one nasty storm we just drove through to get here. Lots of ice and accidents.

Good to hear you made it through safely. There are to many that don't know how to drive when conditions get bad which makes it unsafe for everyone on the road with them.

I Was on MO Hwy 60/63 heading toward Memphis. Freezing rain, sleet, and snow were coming down. Saw a small sedan flipped over in a cornfield with body lying about 30 feet from the car. A Man was walking in circle at the scene. And a young lady on the ground (apparently was ejected from the car) was moaning. EMS was not there at the time. I stopped and grabbed a blanket and placed over her to keep warm. I sat there at her side comforting her untill hwy patrol and EMS arrived. It appears that she sufferred fracture wrist, ankle, and multiple facial lacerations. I hope she is ok and recover soon.

That's an additional duty that expeditors may run into sometimes. It felt good to be able to do some good deed today. So, Lord I need 10 more loads:)

Be safe out there folks.

Going thru NY isn't hard at all in a van. Just did a CT to AL after a NJ drop a couple of weeks ago.
I'm assuming you have an EZ Pass. Makes it much easier to pay attention to traffic & exits.

To be a trucker whether its a big rig, straight truck, cube truck, or cargo van, traveling through big cities is part of the job. Watch your speed, pay attention to the vehicles around you, watch for signs, you'll do just fine.

Going through NYC on the interstate is like other big cities at rush hour.
Delivering in and around NYC can be a pain. The bigger the truck, the bigger the pain.
