we played the game and got moved earlier this week. we were in tulsa. i suggested we do a tourist thing and go to the will rogers museum. as we approached the hill before the museo we got the call for minot. this is all we saw of the museum.
trying to decide what game to play today to get out of idaho. father in law filled the larder with food and ice so shopping is out. if we continue to sit i fear our lower body molecules will merge with the comfy chair.

In Rochester, NY for the weekend. Have a load outa hear on Monday that returns here on Tues. Then HOME to HUNT!!!

Well my week just ended...have a pu in Marcus Hook Pa on Monday am and deliver to Oshkosh Wisc Tues am....

Went back in service Tuesday afternoon after getting the annual DOT inspection done on the van. They actually called me for a load while I was in the service bay getting it done.
Picked up in Galion, OH Tuesday afternoon and delivered Wednesday morning in Willowbrook, IL. Then got one out of Freeport, IL to Greenfield, IN which delivered that night. Before I got it dropped off I got predispatched one for Thursday morning picking up at the same place and going up to Cambridge, ON.
And then before I could get that one dropped I got predispatched on one picking up in Burlington, ON going back to Sterling Heights, MI.
I had just dropped in Cambridge and was headed over to Burlington and they called me with yet another one which picked up in Fraser, MI this morning going to Columbus, OH .... dropped that around 13:00 this afternoon .... and .... went to bed
Load planning called me with a couple of nice long ones out of here (Columbus) - one to New York, and another to Escanaba, MI - but I had to pass (sleep won out over greed) ..... instead I got one with a good rate for late tomorrow morning picking up in Dayton and going to Gainesville, GA for Monday.
Will spend the night at the J in Jeffersonville.

I thought N.Y is a good place to hunt ?...
I was told today not to come to M.N this week end , because it is the governor opening hunting season ...

It is, but, hunting is not ONLY about good hunting areas. It is about hunting with family and friends. It is about traditional hunting areas. It is FAR more than just hunting. IT IS LIFE ITSELF!! How was that? Dramatic enough? LOL!!

I will be in Elgin .I.L tomorrow afternoon ,
taking yet another 34 .
before heading back to So.Cal.
& the Costumer say i can drop the trailer on the duck , and come back on Mon. noon ....
hope there's something to do at the near by Springhill mall ...
(why the heck can't they draw a str8 line from the 4City's to Elgin...)

Hey Col, you talkin about the one on its side on the "on-ramp" right behind the "J" side parking lot where all the CVs park??? I seen that on right after it happened, i pulled in the place to fuel up and the police were just getting there....have no idea what happened, too many people were around it, and things were under control, so i left and made my delivery....

yea, i am not sure how it happened, but he took out a good 20 feet of guardrail and right from the end of it. the wooden post were tossed in pieces right down to the edge of the parking lot at the J...when i pulled in after my delivery and some food, the rig was gone, but when i seen those chucks of wood down that close to the parking lot i wondered it any cars or trucks were hit by them, they were that close...
