Not Infringed?

Funny you should say that. I tried to buy a reloading business in 2010 but the guy sold it to his neighbor.

I do have a friend that loads but that will not matter. IF they ban the caliber they will ban the bullets and other components.

That's somewhat true but I remember somewhere back in time they molded their own and reloaded their own shell casings until they split. As far as powder, improvise. One artillary round will fill a lot of bullets. Now all that is if they want to push it that far. But on the other hand a good cross bow around the house won't hurt.

I still have a flintlock and a bullet mold. Lots of lead to melt. I will have to start learning to make gun powder. I DO have lots of ammo at a remote location though.

You will have to explain that one. Are you suggesting a constitutional change? I don't think the clown will get her bill through. Or at least I hope not.

You need new glasses. She is as ugly as her soul and that is as ugly as moldy cow pies.

It seems we as a country should want private military contractors to send to war and keep our military here for defense.

Can we exchange Smokey for Obama please? I would LOVE to see that slimy little coward on a fire line! Bet it would not take him 5 minutes to start crying!

Commonwealth of VA.

You can get your right to vote back pretty easy and your right to own a gun after you clear the first step. I faced a similar situation in NY except I regained my right to vote automatically. I still had to go through the Certificate of Relief From Disabilities process to obtain my Hazmat.

If it was a federal offense the President would have the ability to pardon you but if it was between you and the state of VA then the President has no say. Here is a link from your state's website for the first step and getting to vote again. http://www.commonwealth.virginia.gov/judicialsystem/clemency/restoration.cfm

Your governor said he was going to restore the right to vote to more people than any governor before and there was an article in Sept that said he was on track so it is easier now than before.

The ability to obtain a firearm is obviously more detailed but this states what you need to do.

" The restoration of rights does not include the right to possess or transport any firearm or to carry a concealed weapon. To regain state firearms privileges, a convicted felon must apply to the circuit court of her jurisdiction of residence for a permit to possess or carry a firearm. Circuit courts may consider the restoration of firearms privileges only after civil rights are restored. See the link in Resources for more Information pertaining to the restoration of firearm rights."
