Norfolk area

[LDB]

I deliver in the morning in Norfolk. There isn't a truckstop listed in either book I have for Norfolk. Anyone know a decent place in the area to wait on the next load offer? Thanks.

Reddy Truck must be talking about a old 76 that is on US 13, about 2 miles down from the bay bridge tunnel.

yea that would be the one you also have franks truck plaza on 664 and 264 its easier to get to with the traffic there come out of the truck plant gate get back on 264 towards portsmouth go through the tunnel take it to the 664 264 rt 13 intersection i think it like exit 12 or 13 its on rt 13 on the left awsome food there its were i used to go after the bars closed. and u dont have to deal with all the a.m. traffic headed towards the naval base yuk!!!!!!!!! dang should have looked at the date on this post oh weel for further refrence there are 2 truck stops there charlie by the bay bridge tunnel or the one i talked about!!!lol:7 :7

The couple times I have gone to Norfolk, I have reloaded out of Newport News, usually as soon as I got my break, and could get over there. Good area that is. My favorite truck stop is nowhere near Norfolk, but if you get back on to I95 and head South for a way, there is an awesome AM Best. Stellar example of how a good truckstop should look and function.
